A minor may not decide until they are 18.
As the father has joint legal custody of the child he can not say he does not want the child at the paramour.
You tell the child to say that they love you and not there dada
Yes. The child is your baby. As long as your a fit mother the child cannot be taken away from you. If you are a minor, your parents still have custody of you, but you have custody of your child.
As a father if you have sole physical custody of your child you can ask the court to have your ex, pay child support to you, and the same would go for her. It is who ever has the most physical custody of the child and also if that person asks the court for child support payments. Answer #2 Yes you do have a say in your child's religion if you have any legal custody of your child. Find out through your court more information about this.
Technically the child has no right to decide until reaching the age of majority (18), at which point they're no longer a child. Only Indiana and Texas have laws setting out a specific age at which a child can make a choice, and even than there are some limitations. With those states, it is age 14. In all other states, the general rule of thumb is that a 12 year old can express and opinion, however the judge is under no legal obligation to consider, or even hear it. In either case, a motion to the court must be filed for a determination to be made. Once custody has been awarded by a court it would take another court order to change that arrangement. The court may listen to a child's request to change custody but it is under no obligation to modify the custody order at the child's request. The court would be looking for an appropriate reason to order a change in custody such as the custodial parent being unfit and the change being in the best interest of the child.

it depends on your custody papers and what they say... if you have joint custody NO.... if you have residential custody maybe with court allowing it.... if you have sole custody then you would need to inform him but you could leave!!!
Once a child is in state custody I don't think the mother has a say in who adopts the child. However, you may be allowed to meet the adoptive parents.
Even without full custody, a parent is still a parent. Make sure that you have an open dialogue with your child so that you can discuss these types of things with them.
If the father has legal custody the child should live with him. What does the custody agreement say?
No, he only have rights to say about the child and not the mother's personal life.
