Deborah Sampson was a woman who wanted to fight in the Revolutionary War, but they wouldn't let her because she was a woman. She disguised herself as a man named Robert Shurtliff and fought better than some of the men! She later got wounded but removed the bullet all by herself so no one would find out that she was a woman. She also got a fever later, and the doctor eventually found out she was a woman. She was honorably discharged from the army and was given a pension of $4 a month after Paul Revere wrote to Congress on her behalf.
So They can go find other woman.

Both the man and the woman should be seen by a doctor to find the problem. If you have a problem with sperm production or quality, there are things the doctor can suggest to improve the problem. Or if the sperm count is too low, the doctor can use donated sperm to impregnate the woman.

No, sounds like a old wives tale. There is no way you can find out unless the doctor helps you or you wait until the baby is out.
You should have gone to a doctor after 1 year to find out why it is not working. If you can or not depends on why you don't get pregnant. That is something we can not answer here.
You find a white woman to marry in exactly the same way that you find any other race of woman to marry.
