We tend to think about it more or less depending on where we are in our cycle. There are no rules of where and when we think about it or if we are in a relationship or not. Same for the guys.

From a females view I feel both genders tend to have sexual desires at some point in their life. Unfortunately you can't pin point a particular gender.
