All raids reset on a single day in the week, usually the maintenance day. This is Tuesday in the US and Wednesday in Europe.
Raids once took various times to reset, but this was changed so all raids reset on a single day. This means that you can, for instance, raid ICC on a monday, and then run it again on Wednesday.

The first two raids to be available in classic World of Warcraft were Molten Core and Onyxia's Lair. Both required quest lines to get access to, and were eventually a step up to the next series of raids, culminating eventually in the release of Naxxramas.
Although it might be a little laggy in the more popular areas and raids, 1.32ghz is plenty of power to play World of Warcraft.

Run the wow repair utility that is found in your world of warcraft folder. That will reset all your settings back to default.

if your refering to epic gear then you need to go into level 80 raids and hope epic hunter gear drops.
