The 'Rapture' is a theological invention of John Nelson Darby, founder of the Plymouth Brethren, and is associated with the Christian religion, although it is not supported by most major denominations. Buddhism is far older and does not have any concept similar to the Rapture, with believers taken bodily up into heaven, and has no need for this nineteenth-century theology.
In Buddhist beliefs there is something called Nirvana which is a state profound peace and freedom from suffering.
