It all depends on whether or not you think you made the right choice to leave them. If you really believe you did, then you'll move on. You know you'll always love them, but you have to believe you'll continue to be happy. If you think it was the wrong decision, and this person made you unconditionally happy, what are you doing here? Go get them back!
That part of the question that says "DO YOU THINK" means that this is an opinion question. Your teacher does not care what some random person on the internet thinks - they want YOU to put whether you think she made the right decision or not. There is no right or wrong opinion answer - it's just your opinion.
You, of course already know you had a choice of whether or not to cheat and you made the wrong choice. You have broken that very fragile bond of trust, but the only option you have is to be honest with your girlfriend and if you don't truly love her then let her go. If you do love her let her know you made a mistake and that you didn't want to hide it from her. If you think you'll cheat again then do her a favor and break the relationship off.
