It will just say you defeated Palkia, oh and I don't remember how to get the mission on the spacial rift, nor do I know how to get the dungeon. Well, hope I helped. :)

Im guessing the same as explorers of sky cuz its like the same thing.... so if im right than once u beat dialga at temporal spiral. this is a different person i am imporving this answer when you beat dialga they show the ceridts and all but they still continue with your adventure and new dungeon. and the first person is not right sorry...

Pokemon can become friendly towards you -- is that what you meant? If so, you can just keep them in your party, and use them in battle. Some games have a person in a city that do massages for your pokemon, and this helps as well. If you think your friendliness isn't going very far, and your pokemon still doesn't like you, try giving them a Soothe Bell. That helps as well. :)
