According to the Scheduled Maintenance Interval chart in the Acura RSX Owner's Manual, the timing chain (the RSX utilizes a timing chain instead of a timing belt) should be replaced at the 97,500 mile interval. Although it is recommended to inspect the timing chain every 30,000 mile tune-up/service to look for signs of uneven wear, warping, etc.
