first off did u get an art.15? y did u lose ur stripe and for how long? if ur 4 year enlistee than you probably wont because you gotta work your way back up to that stripe which takes a while. i came in 4 years, no stripes, and put on sra 6 mo early at my 2 1/2 year mark. if 6 year enlistee,depending how long u been in, maybe around 4 year mark. but it all depends on y u lost it and how long u been in.basically commander discretion. and good behavior
