There are also heart events that happen with each man. there are 4-5 of them per each guy, then when you have seen all of the heart events in which with the guy you want to marry, and have 4 hearts in his diary, you may give him the blue feather, at th end of the first year, if you have not gave anyone the blue feather, the man with the most hearts will come to your house and ask to marry you. you can decide yes or no, if you pick no your game will end in the next year. Well actually if you are talking about another wonderful life than you can not propose because they will just say "Thats nice" or something like that. But you can propose in a wonderful life as the boy, but you won't get married until the end of the year.
