This is a very subjective, personal matter. When you are not pleased with service, generally you are justified in concluding that it is bad service. But we can exercise some prudence. For example you need to ask yourself: am I expecting something that is beyond the responsibility of the person serving me?

I don't know this as a fact, but I always thought that it sounded like "PEWW!", what we also say when something smells bad. Think of it as, "PEWW!" when something smells bad, or, "PU!!" when it is down right rank. My 2 cents, at least.
Why not say what Jesus did: "Get thee behind me, Satan".
