I'm guessing this is in the book "To Kill a Mockingbird". She refers to the kids as her kids when they are in Calpurnia's church- I think this is chapter 11 or 12.
Calpurnia informs Atticus that his children are present in the courtroom. She is shocked and concerned about their presence, as she knows they should not be there during the trial.
Lulu is a lady from the church who informs Calpurnia that the kids, Jem and Scout, are at the courthouse. She tells Calpurnia in a harsh tone that the children should not have been brought to the trial.

Because she's like family & good with the kids.
Calupurnia in To Kill a Mockingbird is almost like the nanny for the kids. She is a black lady, older then Atticus, and she cooks and takes care of the kids and so on. Calpurnia in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar and in Plutarch's Lives is the wife of Julius Caesar at the time of his death.

Yes, The 1 Known For Sure Was Called Caesarion But I'm Not Sure If He Had Any More ... 08HappyDanceactually he didn't he had that child with Cleopatra and no he didn't have any kids with her.Caesarion was Caesar's child with Cleopatra. Calpurnia was actually unable to have children. He also adopted his nephew Octavius after his parents died when he was 3.
Calpurnia's nickname was "Cal".
Lula was unhappy and upset when Calpurnia brought the Finch children to church because she felt that the white children should not be attending a black church. Lula believed that the children didn't belong there and expressed her disapproval openly.
Scout learns that Calpurnia is proficient in reading and writing, which surprises her because she had assumed that Calpurnia was illiterate. This discovery challenges Scout's preconceived notions about Calpurnia's education and capabilities.
it said that the children have been missing since noon! but the found the kids in the balcony during the trial! :)
