Baby girls usually never need medical attention to their vaginas. If you suspect there is something wrong with her you have to take her to a doctor. But they do check them when they are born. Vaginas come in all shapes and sizes. The hymen is not really visible and can be hard to see on a adult. Gynos use tools to be able to open up to see that. You shouldn't be looking that deep. You can cause a tear.
