Usually around age 12 but it is dependent on how physically active the person it.
Your abdominal muscles
During pregnancy, hormonal changes and the stretching of the abdominal muscles can cause the belly button to protrude outward. As the pregnancy progresses, the growing uterus pushes against the abdominal wall, sometimes causing the belly button to "pop out." After childbirth, the abdominal muscles begin to regain their tone, and the uterus shrinks, which can lead to the belly button sinking back in. Additionally, changes in body fat and skin elasticity can also influence its appearance post-pregnancy.

n you first join a gym you may be overwhelmed by all the fitness equipment. There is a piece of fitness equipment for nearly every muscle group in your body. Begin with the upper body. The bicep-tricep machine works the muscles in your upper arm, both lower and upper. Adjust the weight to what you can handle comfortably. Never overextend yourself or injury may occur. The trapezius muscles, which comprise the shoulders, neck, and back, receive a good workout on a shoulder press machine, or pectoral developer. Again, adjust the weight until it slightly challenges you. The pectoral muscles, which span the chest, are also engaged using the shoulder press machine. Other fitness equipment, such as a chest press machine, also work the pectoral muscles. The abdomen receives strenuous work outs most effectively with the abdominal crunch machine. However, the vertical knee raise is equally challenging. For the oblique muscles the abdominal crunch machine is useful, but even better is the rotary torso machine. Set the resistance weight for one side of your obliques, and do your work out. When you’re finished, set the resistance weight for the opposite side. In this way you can work each side individually, according to your strength. Moving onto the leg muscles, specifically the quadriceps, leg extension/curl machines are perfect. Also effective are leg abductors, and the hip flexor machine. For the hamstrings, again the leg extension/curl machine is great. The gluteus maximus machine works both the glutes and the hamstrings. For further work on the glutes there is the Roman chair. This machine also strengthens the lumbar region of the back. The calves receive a great work out with the calf raise machine, and of course the stationary bike machine. One of the most impressive pieces of fitness equipment is the elliptical machine. This tool works the calves, hamstrings and quadriceps. It also works the pectoral muscles, triceps, biceps, and back muscles. But possibly the most important benefit of the elliptical machine is the cardio-vascular workout you’ll receive. It is truly the most versatile piece of fitness equipment.
this is a sit-up in which you begin by lying flat on the floor, and then arching both your ankles and wrists upward toward the ceiling so that your body forms a "V" shape. This works both the upper as well as lower abdominal muscles at the same time.

To rid yourself of belly fat, begin with a healthy, low-fat diet. Get some form of cardiovascular exercise each day, such as walking and running. Do belly-toning exercises, such as crunches, to tighten the abdominal muscles.
The muscles begin to become atrophied from disuse.
The stomach and intestines begin development outside the baby's abdomen and only later does the abdominal wall enclose them. Occasionally, either the umbilical opening is too large, or it develops improperly.
Erector spinae is a set of muscles in the back. The muscles straighten the back.

The origins of muscles involved in muscle insertion are where the muscles begin and attach to bones or other structures. The functions of these muscles are to generate force and movement by contracting and pulling on their insertion points.
