In the Catholic Church, red is worn for the feast days of martyrs (signifying blood), including the Apostles (except John), and also on days focused on Jesus' death on the cross (e.g. Palm Sunday and Good Friday), and when the focus is the Holy Spirit (Pentecost Sunday, confirmation masses) signifying the fire of the Holy Spirit. See the Wikipedia page on "Liturgical_colours" for a more complete answer, including the variations for other churches.

Catholic AnswerCatholic priests do not wear pink. However, Rose colored vestments are called for on Laudate Sunday and Gaudate Sunday, the third Sunday of Advent, and the fourth Sunday of Lent. Rose is a liturgical color, although it is optional and those parishes that still have Rose vestments often have problems with getting their priest to wear them, so they often continue with the Violet of the season, which is their option.

Catholic AnswerThe only time a priest would wear a blue vestment in the Catholic Church would be when he was not obeying liturgical law: blue is NOT an approved liturgical color. White, however, is an approved color and is used for feasts of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Often blue is used on the decorations of a white vestment used for the Blessed Virgin, as blue is her "color", so you are probably asking about a vestment worn on a feast of Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
