When does day light saving time start?

For those countries that use it, not all do, it varies slightly. It usually starts at the end of March and ends at the end of October.

The time normally changes at 02:00 on a Sunday near the end of these months.

Afghanistan - never did DST; last time change was in 1945
Åland Islands - last Sunday of March @ 1 AM UTC (3 AM EET)
Albania - last Sunday of March @ 1 AM UTC (2 AM CET)
Algeria - has been on "permanent" DST since 1981
American Samoa - never did DST; last time change was in 1950
Andorra - last Sunday of March @ 1 AM UTC (2 AM CET)
Angola - never did DST; last time change was in 1911
Anguilla - never did DST; last time change was in 1912
Antarctica - One station follows New Zealand time, which starts DST on the last Sunday of September @ 2 AM NZST (Sat. @ 2 PM UTC), and one station follows Chile time, which starts DST on the day after the 1st Saturday of September @ 4 AM UTC (midnight CLT).
