This happens in ch.55.Tsubasa puts sticky powder in the mochi and since Natsume ate the Mochi Mikan made him, him and Mikan were stuck together for a while. Mikan gets an invitation to the Hanazimo (or whatever its called) Den for a banquet. Natsume, realizing that his sister might be in there, makes sure that he's still stuck to Mikan, even if the powder has worn off.
