When ever I play Spore my computer crashes how do I fix it?

Also try setting the processor usage to 1-core. This normally solves problems like these. This can be done from the Task Manager.

System Error:

Try clearing your registry and game-cache. After this, check for any Windows Updates and viruses. It is important your Real-Time Protection is always running. Try defragmenting your C: Drive and do a diagnostics and "chkdsk" Disk Check.

Harware Errors:

Make sure all drivers are correctly installed and that you have Direct X 9.0 or over. You may need to upgrade your RAM (Random Access Memory) and try clearing registry. Re-install drivers if needed to, and always check for new ones.
