It depends on the company you are doing work experience for but all companies are looking for similar qualities they are: Good time keeping, common sense, being able to use own initiative, good team player and looking clean and smart. Most companies know it may be your first time working so aslong as you work hard and ask if you need help you will be fine. I have done two lots of work experience and got the job after both times.
