When i try to install Manga Studio EX 4.0 a empty notice pops up. when i click ok it appears to load but it doesnt do anything at all. How can i fix this problem?

Search for the setup in "manga studio4 ex" folder, inside the CD (if you're running it from a program as DAEMONIUM tools, use the same process). Run the version of the setup that you need (I'm currently using Windows 7 but I tried installing VISTA's version and it worked perfectly fine).
Do NOT use the autorun process (the one that opens a new window to install it).
I think it'll solve your problem (and sorry if you didn't understand me, I tried to be as clear as I could, but English is not my first languaje).
