Justin Bieber starts his Believe tour at North America from Sep 29th 2012 to January 27. Pre-sales tickets were sold out for this tour and general tickets are on sale. On July 2nd he announced Believe tour dates at UK, 2013. He's performing 6 shows in UK starting at Manchester on Feb 19th.
