No Randy did not write WWE a letter. He is hoping to be back for SummerSlam. Nor would the hospital be contacting anyone from WWE. And no this is not the reason he wasn't drafted. Rey had not made his offical return until the draft, Randy being hurt had nothing to do with wether he would be drafted or not. He was never in consideration for the draft this year.
