When is it allowed for Muslims to lie?

Muslims may lie only in three situations:

1. to remove enmity between two former friends,
2. during war to mislead enemies
3. to one's wife/husband as compliment and/or get in more touch emotionally or during practicing sex.

Otherwise, Muslims per Islam religion should never lie. Quran never allows Muslims to lie to any human whoever; Muslim or non Muslim. Prophet Muhammad was once asked: May a Muslim commit the sin of fornication? He said may be. He was asked again may a Muslim commit the sin of robbery? he said may be? lastly, he was asked may a Muslim lie? he said never.
