The capital of the Navajo Nation is Window Rock, Arizona, Tségháhoodzání in Navajo (meaning perforated rock). It had a population of 2,712 in 2010. It is at 6,830 feet in elevation. It is the location of the Tribal Council Chambers, the President and vice president, The Supreme court, the Tribal museum, a zoo, the Navajo nation WWII memorial and many tribal offices. The Navajo nation has 300,000 members and 27,000 square miles, about the same as Holland and Belgium put together.
