The Seal of Orichalcos is not a recognized card and has not been officially released to the general public. There are only 15 copies of this card in existence. The card lore above is what is written on a copy of the card that was shown to the public by an Upper Deck Entertainment official. They were once used by Upper Deck Entertainment officials who participated at a Duel Tournament. However, Konami later reclaimed all rights to these cards and the whereabouts of them are unknown, except that Konami is in possession of them.

Who owns the authentic Seal of Orichalcos?
There is no 'authentic' Seal of Orichalcos. By an authentic card, we mean a card designed, authorised and sanctioned by Konami.One tournament in the US did feature special challenge matches using Seal of Orichalcos cards. However these cards are not 'authentic', they were just made by the event organisers, and used rules they made up themselves - the player could discard a Seal from hand to negate anything, for example.However just to be clear, while these cards might have value as a collector's item, they are not valid Yu-Gi-Oh cards, regardless of the fact UDE made them, because they were not sanctioned by Konami.
Is the seal of orichalcos real?
There is no real card called Seal of Orichalcos. The soul-stealing mechanic would be tricky to implement in real life. For one specific tournament, some prints of the card were created by Upperdeck for that event. However these are not 'real' Yu-Gi-Oh cards in the full sense of the word, despite being made by upperdeck, they were still fan creations and not real game cards.
