When is thebest time to make somebody tap on smackdown vs raw games?

On smackdown vs raw 2011 there's an ability called resiliency. The game is very unbalanced, and if your opponent has this ability it's very difficult to make him tap. I had a match between HBK and triple H (both have resiliency), and it literally took 45 minutes.

But back to the question! The best time to make someone tap is right after a finisher. One thing you should remember is to do the right submissions! There are 3 different kinds of ground submission (when your opponent is on the ground): Head, arms/shoulders and legs. Your submission should target the same body part as your finisher. For instance HBK's finisher Sweet Chin Music targets the head, so the submission should also target the head.

Leg submission: Stand over your opponent's legs while he's on his back.

Arm submission: Stand over your opponent's head while he's on his stomach.

Head submission: Stand over your opponent's head while he's on his back.

Also remember that some signatures and finishers have submissions, like for instance Chris Jericho's signature "Walls of Jericho" and John Cena's finisher "STF".
