During most of the year, it's 12.30.

17.30 Greenwich Mean Time = 12.30 Eastern Standard Time

17.30 British Summer Time = 12.30 Eastern Daylight Saving Time

However, between the second and last Sundays of March and during the week of October 31, the U.S. is on Daylight Saving Time, but Europe is on Standard Time, so...

17.30 Greenwich Mean Time = 13.30 Eastern Daylight Saving Time

During 93% of the year, it's 1 AM. When the U.S. is on Daylight Saving Time but Europe is not on Summer Time, it's midnight.

Sun. @ 8 PM EST = Mon. @ 1 AM GMT

Sun. @ 8 PM EDT = Mon. @ 1 AM BST (or midnight GMT)

Usually, when it is 2 PM in New York, it is 7 PM in London.

The only times when that is not true are when the US is on Daylight Saving Time but Europe is on Standard Time. Those times are from the 2nd Sunday of March to the last Sunday of March and during the week of the 31st of Oct. During those three or four weeks each year, when it's 2 PM in New York, it's 6 PM in London.
