As long as blood transfusions aren't involved, or the donating of one's organs or the receiving of one's organs, we can accept medical treatment. Anything that carries blood or is blood itself, we cannot accept.
Witnesses, just like other people, desire the best medical care. They do not object to hospitals or the medical profession. They ask that the medical profession give the best care available whilst not clashing with their religious beliefs.
They do not, however, allow the transfusion of
1) whole blood,
2) red cells,
3) white cells,
4) plasma or
5) platelets.
Transfusions of all of the component parts of 2-5 above are allowed.
Whilst organ transplants between 1967 and 1980 were viewed as cannibalism, they are now allowed.
Abortion is also not allowed.
The group is know as "Jehovah's Witnesses". They believe that receiving blood transfusions are the same as drinking blood, which is stickily forbidden in the old testament law and repeated in the new testament book of Acts where Gentile believers were to "they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication." The problem comes down to whither or not transfusions are drinking blood or not.
This phrase implies that love can overlook or minimize faults in a person or relationship. It suggests that when love is strong, faults may be less noticeable or significant.
I grew up as a Jehovahs witness and I always felt worse when people made a huge deal in making thing separate. All people are different in their beliefs and some are more strict then others, but in general Jehovahs witnesses are kind and will resectfully back away if there is anything that they feel uncomfortable with. Just talk to the person, I am sure they will let you know how they feel, and where they draw the line. For the most part though they will not take part of any holiday events and if they have been practiceing long they will be use to not being involved.

If your asking which way you would say it, i would think you would say it as 'I desire kissing you.' Though word of advise, dont ever say that to someone....it just comes out sounding a bit odd.
It really all depends on the conditions; weather, money, resources, workers to help out, etc. Kingdom Hall renovations vary widely when it comes to time.
Medical intervention means medical procedures or applications that are intended to relieve illness or injury. This comes from a quotation of a medicine book.
Isolationism comes to mind. As does "neutrality."
Not continuous; comes and goes.
