Fulgurites are objects of natural glass that are formed in certain instances when lightning strikes and fuses rock or silica sand. Technically, fulgerites are a form of igneous rock, but they are not referred to as 'lightning balls'. Ball lightning is a completely different and controversial topic.

Water in rocks (or other porous material) below the ground is called ground water.

This is known as ground water.

The water that has seeped into the ground is called ground water. This water has been filtered through rocks and sediment and is often very clean.

Where its collects in the ground is called an "aquifer" and the process of moving from the surface to the aquifer is called "percolation".

You can get Ultra Balls in two ways: 1. Buy them at PokeMarts in cities you get to later in the game, and 2. You can sometimes find them in rocks or as hidden items in caves and on the ground or in trees.

Extrusive igneous rocks are one type of rocks that can be formed above the ground. Sedimentary rocks can also be formed above the ground.

Extrusive igneous rocks and some sedimentary rocks are formed above ground.

The rocks are crushed into a pulp called liquefaction. They are broken down due to lightning hitting the rocks every century until finally the rock has become a fine powder. This is how rocks are broken down. Reference- William's Science Encyclopaedia

sedimentary rocks lie above the ground

Intrusive igneous rocks from below ground.

the movement in the rocks dosnot cause the ground to shake?

Igneous rocks form because, magma cools under the ground, or magma erupts, then cools on the ground forming these rocks.

no ICP ROCKS BALLS

Igneous rocks are types of rocks that are formed by fire. They can be formed in the ground from magma that gets trapped in air pockets. Above ground they can form when lava cools along the ground.

cottan balls The previous answer was surely a joke. The answer is rocks.

It is formed both- above ground (as extrusive igneous rocks) or below ground (as intrusive igneous rocks).

Igneous rocks are called fire rocks and are formed either underground or above ground. Underground, they are formed when the melted rock, called magma, deep within the earth becomes trapped in small pockets. As these pockets of magma cool slowly underground, the magma becomes igneous rocks.Igneous rocks are also formed when volcanoes erupt, causing the magma to rise above the earth's surface. When magma appears above the earth, it is called lava. Igneous rocks are formed as the lava cools above ground.

On (or in) the ground.
