a bad fuel filter will restrict fuel flow to the engine at high speed if ot wants to die at idle tou may have bad IAC (Idle Air Control) solenoid or a plugged passage to the IAC 1. Try to spray a can of carb cleaned down the Throttle body with the engine OFF 2. Make sure your spark plugs are good, and gapped correctly 3. Check the timing hav alredy sprayed throttle body and put in new and gaped sparks... it dos not die just wants to
