Just drop the transmission. Kia uses a special tool for installing the new seal (09231-33000). I wonder if a piece of PVC pipe, of the correct size, would work for that. The engine may need to be supported while the trans is removed. Lots of things to disconnect first; Drive axles, hoses etc.
Likely will take lots of time and patience.
Which fan motor?
A diagram of the motor, in your 2002 Kia Sedona, can be obtained from most Kia dealerships. The diagram can be found at most auto-parts stores.
Hi, I had the same problem with my 2004 sedona. It sometimes took 2 or 3 tries to get it to turn over. Steadily getting worse. the fault is the starter motor and it will need replacing unfortunately.
motor oil
poor earth from battery to body work, low battery or starter motor needs replacing. are the most common problems
You drop the engine, transmission and subframe all together down and out the bottom of the car. Then separate the engine from the transmission on the floor.
Information about Kia Sedona cars is available in Motor Trend. The type of information that is available includes updates on different car models to personal reviews.
No. The transmission is sealed to the input shaft and torque converter inside the bell housing of the transmission. It is possible to leak oil into the bell housing, but that will not migrate into the sealed transmission. If your transmission fluid looks as dark as your motor oil, a flush of your transmission may be in order. -Steve
By replacing the motor with another circular motor.
How many Motor mounts are in a 1991-1993 Cadillac DeVille? Technically, only one (passenger side front). However, since the engine and transmission are bolted together they are suspended in the chassis as an assembly. So there are 3 transmission mounts and one engine mount that work together to suspend the engine and transmission as an assembly. Cadillac Man

Seriously? A 305 Chevy motor does not take "transmission fluid"! The transmission takes transmission fluid, and the motor takes oil. The 305 should hold 5 quarts of oil I believe. As for the transmission, I believe that all depends on what transmission you have. Seriously? A 305 Chevy motor does not take "transmission fluid"!
