You may not have enough fluid in your coolant system ... or ... your thermostat may be the problem opening up too much.
easiest way to tell if water pump is working is to run engine until at running temp. then carefully remove radiator cap. with someone slightly reving engine, look into radiator. if the pump and thermostat are working correctly, you will see the coolant moving(circulating) in the radiator
because someone probably turned the engine on
Highly-inflated ego.
i personally am experiencing this problem right now.... the car was diagnosed as having a problem with the engine coolant sensor- i ordered and picked up the part and am trying to replace it now
Low coolant? Water pump not circulating coolant?\ Plugged or restricted radiator Defective radiator cap? Thermostat not opening fully?
yes. ECM has protection on over-reving the engine...
rev limiter, engine will sputter when it hits this limit to keep engine from over reving
Over reving the engine, ( to many RPM )The rocker arm nuts need replaced ( The locks are worn out on the nuts )The rocker arms are worn where they set on the valve stems.Need to check everything closely.
The only thing that could cause the tube to flex would be for either the engine or radiator to move - and if it's happening when the engine is revved, it would most likely be the engine moving. Unless it's causing a leak that can't be fixed by a slightly longer hose, don't worry about it - that's why the hose is made of a flexible material.
throttle plate stuck, accelerator cable binding, vacuum leak, tps malfunctioning.
its called a rev limiter. It keeps the engine from over reving and breaking.
the secoundary air pump motor is most likely cause
