It's not clear what your question is, but generally speaking legal bike riding at night require the bike to be fitted with forward facing white reflector, rearward facing red reflector and side facing yellow/orange reflectors as well as forward facing white light and rearward facing red light.
wear helmet, use reflectors when riding at night. always wear bright clothes. always ride WITH the flow of traffic. always walk your bike across a roadway.
well when riding your bike at night you should always ride infront of the cars and hope to get hit you dont you should jump into a trian :) <3
Yes, you will. Riding a bike or driving a car, it makes no difference. You are still an equal participant in the traffic and, also, obligated to comply with all traffic lwas, including restrictions on speed.

If you're racing the bike will be a little lighter and more aerodynamic. If your riding involves a lot of falls and crashes, a bike w/o brakes will have a few parts less to break If you think the looks are real important a brakeless bike can look sleeker. But for everyday riding, and riding in traffic, brakes are not only sensible, they're also required.
Depends on where you are riding it. If you stay in bikeparks and backyards it's OK, but if you ride it in traffic you have to have brakes.
Yes it is. I do like riding my bike. I did like riding my bike
is a bike mechanical
riding a bike can have an advantage over a plane because if you don't want to pay money than a bike is better and that riding a bike gives you cardio.
on a bike
The person who is riding the bike dies...if you hit him/her hard enough.
Not after riding a bike, but rather during riding a bike. Your muscles convert chemical energy (a form of potential energy) into mechanical energy to do work.
