After some research,my opinion would be to choose sports drinks,the reason why is that it contains electrolytes,sodium, and carbohydrates.Water although essential to life lacks these performance enhancing attributes.Make sure to read the label of sport drinks,due to an accidental allergic reaction that could occur.
