I had the same question. At Invitations by Dawn (invitationsbydawn.com), they said that it didn't really matter for save-the-dates, that it mostly depended on who you'd want the card to come back to if it was undeliverable. Or, if you were moving, you'd want to have your parents address on the envelope. But for the wedding invitations, you should put the return address of the person who is keeping track of the guests, and how many people are coming. So depending on if that is you or your parents, you should use that address.
