There is nothing that says he should get circumcised. more then 80% of the worlds men are not. At 11 it's not his decision. I would wait till he is an adult and has some experience sexually to see how he fees about it.
A person should never be circumcised. The foreskin is an important art of the males genitalia and there is no reason for its removal. There o health befits to be gained and certainly there is no benefit in sexual performance. Les then 20% of the worlds men are circumcised and the vast majority of these are done for religious and cultural reasons. an that have it done for reasons of health have been misinformed.
