By 2007, most Toyota vehicles did not have a timing belt. They were equipped with a timing chain, that does not need to be replaced due to a time or mileage limit. If you were more specific with the engine/model, I could let you know for sure. Also their may be an drive belt that is needed to be changed on the outside of the engine. This belt should drive the water pump, alternator, Power Steering, etc.
