Check the owners manual, usually every 80,000 to 100,000 miles. I would not go over 100,000. If it breaks it will cause etensive damage to your engine. The $600.00 service is well worth it. Also make sure to change the water pump at the same time, the water pump is driven by the timing belt on Hondas.
