"Would" usually indicates possibility and "should" is usually a suggestion. (This doesn't always apply in questions) For "would": 'Would you please take out the trash?' or 'You would have gone, but you had an orthodontist appointment.' For "should": 'You should try this restaurant.' or 'Should you be doing that?' (which is just a restructuring of 'You should be doing that.')
