Sometimes it is better to just ignore them and walk away, since they are really doing it just to get attention. This kind of behavior indicates insecurity, so they act that way to make themselves feel 'superior' to the other person. Generally, people don't like to be ignored, so if they learn that type of behavior gets them the opposite of what they wanted, they will learn to be more pleasant to others. And, by not responding to that kind of behavior, you will be the bigger person for not lowering yourself to their level.

Honestly you should get a tattoo because it's something you want to do. Don't do it because you think its cool or because other people tell you that you should. It should really be something that's meaningful to you. Take the time to think of something that shows who you are, that really means something to you or someone you care about. So many people go to a tattoo shop & just pick something from a book/wall and they regret it so much later in life. I have two right now & I do not regret either one because of the reasons I picked these.
