How do you find the probability when it involves marbles picked out of 2 different bags of marbles?

Two bags - 100 bags - The computation of probability is the same process - you take the number of desired results and divide by the number of possible results. The difference here is that the desired result sets do not intersect the possible result sets for the two bags, but the computation is the same - desired divided by possible.

What is interseting set?

I presume you mean intersecting. Two sets are intersecting if they have members in common. The set of members common to two (or more) sets is called the intersection of those sets. If two sets have no members in common, their intersection is the empty set. In this case the sets are called disjoint.
