Testifying in court is for when a older teen is in a custody battle between the parents and have the opportunity to say who he would prefer to live with. This does not include grandparents. And not all states let a teen speak in court. You can choose the grandparents when you are of legal age, usually 18.

Most teen mothers put their child up for adoption because it may be the best thing for the baby..... she might not be able to take care of the child the right way.......... and most have school to go to........ i would think that most go for an open adoption so that they can contact the child
Yes, they must have permission. Until they reach the age of majority, the parents determine where they live. Once they are an adult, they can chose.
