That would be normal for a vehicle with power brakes.
You could have a leak in your power brake system.
check the brake pedal, there is a switch on the back of the pedal that depressed when the brake is depressed that turns the lights on, when this is loose it keeps the lights on.
I could be wrong, so this is just something you can look into. But I think it's possible that your brake pads or calipers may be loose. Can be the u-joint, or CV joint is worn. Can also be a part of the exhaust system is loose. Put the car on the rack and have everything inspected.
The flasher unit for the indicators. Pressing and releasing the foot brake for the brake lights. Turning the light switch on and of for the others. If it is not any of these then there is an electrical fault, possibly a loose connection.

Brake Pedal Goes to the Floor After BleedingAlthough there could be more than one reason, I suspect that even though you may have bled the brake system, AND the brake fluid reservoir is full, your brake bleeding was not successful, and you STILL HAVE AIR IN THE BRAKE LINES, or in the wheel brake slave cylinders.
Check the Brake switch that's mounted on the brake pedal bracket, they can get jamed and cause the contacts to pass the 12 volts to the lights. Good luck!
