Tell someone of authority. This is not appropriate behaviour. Don't feel like you have to get back together with him if he says this... chances are it is just a scare tactic to try and get you back. In fact, AVOID THIS PERSON! Tell a teacher, parent, cop, or someone that can help him. This is a sign of a serious mental illness!
