If by the word 'cesspit' you mean a septic system, then the pipe is plugged between the house and the primary tank. You must have a 'cleanout' in the wall somewhere above where the main drain goes outside. Find this and snake it, - or get a septic pumping company to pump out your tank and then snake the pipe from the tank end while it is empty.
