running lean in other words motor isn't getting enough gas
I think any one can easily ride a pocket rocket. They are extremely slow and have almost no power. They are also very easy to ride with a twist and go operation. So a 9 year old would be fine on a pocket rocket.
It depends on the motor. They are all rated in power and length of 'burn'
A rocket engine and a rocket motor are both things that make rockets go. The engine uses fuel and something special called an oxidizer to create fire, like in a car. The motor, on the other hand, carries its own special stuff to make fire, so it's like a simpler version. Engines are fancier but motors are simpler.
That depends on the motor that will power it. typical 40-48 inch rockets are 2 inches diameter.
The duration of Rocket Power is 1440.0 seconds.

to modify the clock speed as needed to reduce power consumption and heat.
Throttling.
Rocket Power was one of the best shows on Nickelodeon. Rocket Power was an awesome idea for a Nickelodeon show.
CPU technology is used in portable computers to reduce platform power and cap thermal dissipation of the computer.
CPU throttling allows the system to use less power when it is not under a heavy load. This makes it both run cooler and more quietly (since it won't need to spin the fan as much), and conserves battery life.
The Big Day - Rocket Power - was created in 2004.
