A baby birds can be released on being weaned and able to survive on their own. It is important to allow the released birds the choice to return or to go forth and never to return.
Take the baby birds to a local wildlife rehabilitator. In the meantime, keep the baby birds in a shoebox or something and line it with tissues or other soft material. Or if you have a old abandoned birds nest in a near by tree then take it out put it in a bucket until you can bring the bird to a local wildlife rehabilitator! thanks! Happy to help!
