When to retake your pregnancy test. I am now 1 day late. Which i am never late. My last period was on time but lasted 3 days instead of my normal 5 days and was very light.?

Okay need to add alittle and it wouldn't let me. I did take a test 2 days ago and it said not pregnant. i have been taking antibotics and i heard that can mess up a test. I don't know when to retest other than i should. any suggestions
