Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.
The Folger Library in Washington which is built around the world's largest collection of editions of the First Folio.
Of the one thousand copies of the First Folio printed, 228 are known to still exist. Of these, 79 are held by the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington. This library was founded by Henry Clay Folger, who was a fanatical collector of First Folios. Twelve more are at the Meisei University in Tokyo, and two more at the British Library. Almost all of the others are held by libraries around the world. Sir Paul Getty owned one, one of the few in private hands.
The originals of the Cecil Papers, from the 16th and 17th centuries, are actually at Hatfield House, Hertfordshire, England (see link below). At the Folger Shakespeare Museum there are microfilm copies of the papers (see second link, which includes links to Folger resources and the email address for the reference librarian).

There are a number of them, which deal with Shakespearean issues in different ways. The Folger Shakespeare Library deals mainly in old printed copies of the plays. The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust deals mainly with artifacts from Shakespeare's life. Some theatre companies, such as the Stratford Shakespearean Festival, are specifically concerned with performance of the plays. And of course there are outfits like the Shakespeare Oxford Society whose chief purpose is to discredit William Shakespeare by whatever means possible, which is a sort of Shakespearean issue.
