There is no direct subway service to Bay Plaza; you have to take the subway to the bus. From 149 St/Grand Concourse, take a (5) train going toward Dyre Av. Get off at Gun Hill Rd and take a Bx28 bus going toward Co-Op City. You'll see Bay Plaza on the right after you go under the highway (I-95).
